After the #LambethCall was redrafted, I was hopeful that a continuing relationship between provinces was possible. After this, I'm not so confident. Views on sexuality have become the test for orthodoxy in minds of many and disagreement is seen as heresy. It's very sad.

We now know that the Drafting Group for the #LambethCall on Human Dignity will be making some revisions to the Call that will be discussed by bishops
And that bishops will now be able to vote 'no' - to state their opposition to a particular Call

The #LambethConference starts tomorrow but already has done incalculable damage to the @churchofengland and @JustinWelby before it has even begun.
Let's hope the offending #LambethCall is removed & the strength of opposition to 1.10 helps to change minds in the CofE.
