Good tweet! 1. There is no viable mechanism to resolve this situation outside of trading. Those who reject that path can’t articulate an alternative,let alone one that works with the counterparty's consent. Any resolution must involve both sides. 2. If you don't trust a trading solution but expect the counterparty to participate in a non-trading resolution, you're contradicting yourself. Trust can't be selective when both sides are needed. 3. Congress may step in and implement market change prior. These changes may create the necessary guardrails. That could be enough to restore confidence system-wide, but I don’t see a bespoke market being created just for one ticker. 4. The S-1 still needs to be pushed through. Without it, there’s no path forward, period. 5. It’s hard to rush people, especially when they’ve already decided the exact moment they’re willing to act. That includes Congress. Pressure helps, but only to a point when they know!!! That doesn't mean people ease off with the pressure.
