It’s disappointing to see a large corporation @Lexus avoid responsibility instead of supporting a customer after their system failure. Brand new vehicle. Big safety concern. @Lexus avoiding all responsibility. This needs to be addressed. Do better. #LexusFail #LexusCustomer

@Lexus I paid a premium price for a premium car, and your auto-park feature wrecked it. Your investigation blamed me for braking after your technology caused the crash. My newborn's safety is not up for debate. Please contact me directly so this can be resolved. #LexusFail

@LexusUK Someone in @LexusUK marketing team in for a tough convo - having created an image that makes their product look not only ugly and vulgar but providing the reason why not to buy #lexusfail
