@Lexus my 2024 Lexus NX has a recall, called Lexus of Tampa bay to set up an appt to get it taken care of. They told me the next available appt is in June. 3 MONTHS FROM NOW. That must be a joke right?? Such poor customer service. Very disappointed.

@Lexus I can’t believe they call this luxury. I bought a “luxury” Lexus which turned out to have a damaged parking system. Lexus refuses to take responsibility for a technology failure in their vehicle and is leaving the customer out to dry.

Within 2 weeks, the automatic parking feature failed, causing damage to my vehicle.
Since then:

– No meaningful response
– No accountability
