When I put the numbers aside, and look at my actual experience of ageing, life has gotten consistently better. I am calmer, happier, more confident, wiser, less reactive. I get more enjoyments out of ordinary moments. I experience fewer crisis and less fear #lifeat60

I keep drifting off in the most inappropriate situations. My last breast exam, yer chappy was pummeling & poking naked tits and I was gazing at the ceiling mentally counting how many Benecol were left in the fridge. Didn't even realise he'd finished. Reminds me of sex #Lifeat60
