Don’t neglect #listofissues when preparing a case + take care when drafting claims in the alternative! Omitting a claim/defence from the list of issues could mean you cannot raise a claim at trial/appeal. Emily Betts successfully argued this in her case https://t.co/TmxS76dq0e
