We started this morning with two very interesting and productive days of #LocalDiplomacy.
More than 20 localities of #Arizona & #Sonora 🇲🇽��🇸 will be twinned.
A big thank you to my friends, Will Fisher, of the Prescott-Caborca Sister City Association and Rick Gerrard, of the Phoenix Sister Cities, for sharing with authorities of Sonora’s municipalities their associations’ best experiences and practices.
Today, we welcomed in #Phoenix 16 Mayors from #Sonora to begin an extensive work agenda developed in the framework of the Formalization of Sister Cities Agreements between localities in #Arizona and #Sonora 🇲🇽🫱🏼🫲🏻🇺🇸.
