Good move. In TN, we observe Nov1st as #LocalGovernanceDay & it will be of great value now to have a National Day to commemorate #74thConstitutionalAmendment Act, to help address the lacking awareness on it & powers envisaged to ULGs even after 30 years! @narendramodi @mkstalin
