It’s a very quiet morning at #Longrock today. #Tide is making its way in. The longrock all but the top showing. Some blue sky but in the main a #chilly greyish day around 5 Degrees C . As usual the #Seagulls are in the search for the tasty morsels ! The engineers on the #railway busy in the background at the yard. Lovely end to the afternoon Temperature 6 degrees C, Some Cloud, Chilly #Breeze at #Longrock today. Lots going on as the tide was going out. As usual folks out walking their #Dogs playing ball with them and a bit of doggy water fun. The @DC_Police eye in the sky G-CPAS was up and about over #Penzance & St Michaels Mount . As the #Sun began to set several #Fishing Vessels began to #saol out into the bay. A #Train made its way into #Penzance #Station. A Military #Helicopter could be seen in the distance toward the horizon. A rather grey but fantastically atmospheric morning here at #Longrock folks out walking their #Dogs others #running by . Very misty across all of the horizon from #Marazion to #Mousehole #Newlyn & #Penzance . #Seagulls above soaring on the breeze calling out. The ever present sound of the #Sea which today is choppy but quite flat. There’s a lovely #Pony on the #Beach cantering by at this moment with St Michael’s Mount in the background. Currently it’s a warm 12 degrees C & a light breeze. Seems a long way & a different world from the hustle and bustle of the local #Tescos #Sainsburys etc. where the #Christmas madness is underway . I know where I’d rather be. Here looking out into the bay or walking the coastal path . Something here for everyone.
