The theme of the 2019 offsite is ‘Growth: The Process of Making & Unmaking’. The MSD team - which has grown 3x the past year, is now 170+ members strong - and we’ve all come together in Mahabalipuram to chart out very specific goals for the year ahead! #MADoffsite
When we convened last year for our offsite, we spoke about finding the ‘Forest, Not The Trees’. Today, reflecting on our growth over 2018, we definitely know WHAT the forest looks like: how massive it is, the variety that comes with it & HOW to make our way around it! #MADoffsite
