After only a couple of weeks since our last encounter in #Nukualofa on the sidelines of @piflm53, I was delighted to sit down with Minister of #MEIDECC Fekitamoeloa ʻUtoikamanu again to follow up on our previous discussion about deepening #Serbia-#Tonga relationship.
