@Andyrooz22 @lotusgav Ditto. Any dysrhthymia & for all my patients. #magsulf is awesome.Adjunct to NMDA receptor. Muscle relaxant. 2 mmol stat can release laryngospasm too. Caveat:give 10mmol slowly over at least 20mins as can cause asystole if given stat.Can prolong muscle relaxant effects.@lotusgav

@anaesthesYOLOgy @lotusgav Intraop IV #MagSulf: though used frequently to reduce both #AcPain & #CPSP, may only be *beneficial if the pt. is actually *hypomag? Another gp: #PPI users (often are *hypomag) #ChronicPain #OpioidUse #majorSx probably have most benefit! #ChecksAllBoxes #GiveMagSulf
