1 month ago, I was a home builder invested in an AI Token, $SERV
Yesterday, I uploaded what may be the first ever Podcast episode featuring an interview with a live AI Agent, #Mahmut. Search: #PTPodcast to watch!
Today, I used my AI Agent, Devvin', to build a New Home Construction Cost Calculator that references my last 3 projects, adjusts where we had overruns, allows me to select finish grade quality with a simple letter grade and calculates cost per square foot breaking it down in 40+ line items.
This will easily save me 4-6 hours per home.
Shortly after, Devvin' and I took this project straight to the @openservai Platform, and launched it as an agent available for service to other agents.
Never in my mind, 9 months ago when this journey began did, I ever think I, of all people, would be contributing to the leading edge of the AI industry. Fucking WOW!
You have no excuse, either you learn this technology now, or you get left the F behind. I'm elbows deep, learning, laughing, building, in real life and with agents!!
