🟥BDL Governor HAS to clarify WHY has he renewed #CASH_PLUS Exchange house permit in Jan 2026 🟥Why #MEAB is accepting #Kassem_Chams money while giving him a HIGH interbank interest - higher than ever 🟥WHY is he allowing #Kassem_Chams (OFAC- Cassandra - cocaine cartel- Latin America) to evade sanctions, and runn his operation under family member names and other companies like Cash Plus and others?
