It took less than 10mins to get our 400th backer. Wow. Thank you Let’s see if we can make 450. #CrowdJustice #SaveOurCountryside #Megawarehouse #NeneValley #CourtOfAppeal #EnvironmentalLaw #NorthantsBirds https://t.co/zpoNOUhaS9
@writethewrongs2 This is why we are taking @NNorthantsC to the Appeal Court as they failed to uphold the Habitats Regulations in their capacity as Competent Authority. So the #UpperNene #SPA will be ADVERSELY affected by a #megawarehouse development. https://t.co/zpoNOUhaS9
Massive turnout at the Public Inquiry. Thank you for your support. The Planning Inspector certainly understands the public feeling regarding this #megawarehouse planning application. @NNorthantsC @NadiaLincoln @BBCNorthampton @LeeBarronMP @VotePursglove @itvanglia @BBCLookEast
Castle Manor #megawarehouse Appeal in @NNorthantsC. Public Session this evening at the #kettering Leisure Park NN15 6PB. Meet from 6:30. 30+ people speaking. Come and a how your support for #STAUNCH and that this gigantic project is in the wrong place.
@sarx_uk @OurSacredGrove The @Peterborodio certainly doesn’t have a duty of care for creation. It is selling prime farmland with rare birds and mammals for #megawarehouse develop. Ripping out miles of important hedgerows. They are actually accelerating #climatecrisis
@paulpowlesland The @churchofengland are terrible custodians of nature. @Peterborodio sold 58Ha of Glebe Land against parishioners wishes to #megawarehouse developer. So developers could meet BNG the Church provided another 15Ha. Church treating tenant farmers on land terribly. All for money
@SOSWhitstable @ExplorerDale We are saying the same in @NNorthantsC. @AnglianWater have said that Islip STW already can’t cope & yet the Council are still considering 2x massive speculative #megawarehouse developments that will feed into it, as well as new housing estates. The 💩 will go into the River Nene
@tompradio When just one of our #megawarehouse developers in Thrapston say this many vehicles going to be added to the A14, A605 etc how are NNC ever going to keep up with the potholes? If both megawarehouses go through that figure will skyrocket. 🚛 🚚 🚗 🚘 🚙 lorry
@greenbeltsal @riponcathedral @churchofengland @ChidswellGroup @JustinWelby Don’t forget @Peterborodio selling 100s of acres of Glebe Land to #megawarehouse developers. Which could result in kms of ancient hedgerows ripped out and many red listed farmland birds and bats losing their habitat.
@ArroJoanne @TonyJuniper @NaturalEngland @elliegoulding @BBCr4today @BBCSounds @AmazonUK @amazon @East_Riding Well done you managed to get a reply👏
Dreading to see the floodlights , if the #MegaWarehouse gets built.
Way too much light pollution these days.
What an introduction to the start of the #WoldsWay an ugly great monster of a building.
#BlotOnTheLandscape
@joshual951 @donnarainey4 @NENorthWest @WildJustice_org @TonyJuniper We are having the same issues with @NE_WestAnglia. They have misunderstood #megawarehouse planning applications but rather than admit their errors and protect the BMV, FLL, rare habitats & species. They are trying to defend their position and save face rather than save nature 🤪

@WarrenFarmNR @EalingCouncil @VisitSouthall @LGSpace @_JoelAshton @Ramblers_London @RosieP4 @seed_ball @lydia_massiah @RSPB_Richmond @IoloWilliams2 @DeborahMeaden We have Skylarks on our #Greenbelt in #StAlbans, now being ripped up for a #megawarehouse & lorry park.
Lapwings, Owls, Red Kites, Great Crested Newts, & an array of #wildlife all to be displaced.
@RosCoward @OurWestgate @TheCanaryUK @TaylorWimpey IM Properties also use Middlemarch and they are trying to green light a #megawarehouse development on the banks of the #UpperNeneValley @RamsarConv. Ignoring 11 species of bats, protected birds, butterflies, hedgerows. They say the area will be 1000% better with warehouses!
applications for #megawarehouse developments that the developers themselves have shown that 15% of the current GP population use as FLL. Why aren’t NE objecting to these plans? They will lead to the loss of over 300acres of BMV farmland that Golden Plover use when they are
@georgecmcgavin @B_Strawbridge Wish he could do the same sort of Artwork showing the #MegaWarehouse hell that is covering our countryside too.
What's with @BBCBreakfast
A @RoyalMail #MegaWarehouse yesterday.
Now a clothes/dress renting #warehouse
How #sustainable is it covering acres of #greenfields in massive #Grey carbon producing monsters ?
All these energy guzzling "Monsters Inc" conveyor belts.
Come and see the scale of these #megawarehouse developments for yourself. 144Ha of BMV Farmland with Important Hedgerows and 47 species of rare & protected 🐦, 11 species of 🦇& many other flora and fauna. 3000 extra HGVs a day and 1000s more cars. @NTelegraph @NNjournalism
@JustinWelby @churchofengland Can you make sure that @Peterborodio doesn’t sell anymore prime agricultural land to speculative #megawarehouse developers. Kms of species rich Hedgerows destroyed, 47 species of rare birds homeless, 11 bat species foraging grounds loss. Parishioners disillusioned. #ClimateCrisis
@SustFest23 @hertsad @HighfieldParkTr @OutPlastic @EnjoyStAlbans @Earthworks_ Will you support our campaign to stop the sale of 1000 acres of #Greenbelt by Gorehambury, @TarmacLtd & 300 acres by @hertscc for what will be likely a #megawarehouse & HGV park?
Huge loss of #wildlife, inc protected species.
