Here's the problem I have with Democrats:
Republicans are literally running a singular narrative through all of their information networks around the SAVE ACT: "It's just voter ID. Everybody loves voter ID!"
Every detail of their narrative is a lie but that doesn't matter when it goes unchallenged at national scale.
Democrats do not organize or utilize that type of structure to set counter narratives grounded in truth.
They just tweet individual outrage the day of the vote.
And fascism is within one vote away from striking a fatal blow to the Republic.
Democracy deserves better.

Top Priorities to mitigate the Ruthlessness Gap:
1. Prioritize media.
2. #ExpandTheSCOTUS.
3. #AbolishElectoralCollege.
I'm unconvinced that Democracy can survive plutocrat-owned media combined with corporate media deregulation/consolidation. Democrats will need to prioritize media reform, eliminate filibuster & expand SCOTUS if they are able to win the Presidency and both houses of congress.
To reiterate in conclusion, VP Harris and team have thus far given a masterclass in how to mitigate the #RuthlessnessGap and the #MessagingGap — at a time when the stakes for democracy, the #RuleOfLaw, and the planet couldn’t be higher.

Whether or not Tim Walz is VP pick — he’s modeled a liberal alternative, to moderate DNC politics-about-policy.
Walz says — ‘You don't win elections to bank political capital; you win elections to burn political capital and improve lives.’
This is opposite of 1990s Clinton DLC.
Harris team out the gate w/ exceptional, energetic & entertaining messaging.
Though, on one level, the press should be doing this; on another level, you can’t expect the press to raise a fuss if you won’t.

Media coverage of Republicans stampeding to NYC to attack Trump's trial as illegitimate is marred by euphemism. This isn't just "currying favor" with Trump or "expressing loyalty" or auditioning to be his veep. It's placing Trump over the rule of law. 1/
