@LeciaSequist Data are compelling, but options need to be available to docs & pts broadly, not requiring referral of pts to faraway places for trials, before we call something a std of care. IMO, for #MetExon14 isn't SoC until @US_FDA provides Rx as commercial option (& it's time, already!!).
