2/4 We clustered dives into #foraging patches & calculated env parameters & diving characteristics for each patch. We tested for env and ind drivers of #foraging #behavior and for ind differences in #foraging #personality & #plasticity using #mixedeffectsmodels.

#Soil cores were taken to 1m, and #OrganicCarbon from elemental analysis & loss-on-ignition techniques was compared. We used #MixedEffectsModels to relate #SoilCarbon to other soil properties and the #mangrove tree density at each site. Total #carbon (MgC/ha) was calculated (5/n)
