Establishing clear cause-and-effect relationships between strategic objectives helps prioritize initiatives and ensures that efforts are focused on the most critical aspects of the business. As you head into 2024, narrow your focus. Don't try to be everywhere. You may not be that strong to win all the battles. Choose a few where you have a higher chance of winning.
