My immunology lectures in @YaleMed ‘Attacks and Defenses’ course tomorrow will include discussions of post-acute infection syndromes (#PAIS) and #MECFS. So excited to be able to teach our medical students about these conditions and raise awareness of PAIS in future doctors!

Really over done it and I'm knackered, hurting in places I forgot could hurt and feverish, and to top it off my anxiety is raging. The one thing I really need is sleep and lots of it. So of course - insomnia! This sucks. #mscfs #cfs #chronicillness #autoimmune #painsomnia
