Finally double period with the #n5maths class I've had through s3 and s4. Nice mix if activities with some Dynamic Maths past papers, a locked box challenge, and a couple Blookit quizes.

Standard deviation with #n5maths. After having seen #donsteward and @ChrisMcGrane84 tasks looking at towers and averages/spread I decided to come up with my own version. Definitely important to "eyeball" the variation in the towers beforehand.

Mixed number and perimeter, area, & volume worksheet as an option for my #n5maths class. Not sure if this is a bit too difficult in places but should hopefully given them a bit of a workout (q4c and 4f particularly).

Solving quadratic equations with #n5maths. Made a conscious to use the terms "pure" and "adfected" to describe quadratics after @mathsjem talk at an online @NAllianceScot conference a couple years back. @MrCarterMaths providing plenty of practice at both.

Trig matching task with #n5maths. Dousing on picking the right trig rule for the job. Deliberately recycling numbers in the various questions to encourage pupils to be careful when picking the marching working for each triangle.
