Where does Freya’s health, wellbeing, and safety fit into this mess you created while I faced potential paralysis and emergency spinal surgery last Thursday. I had no choice but to undergo emergency tests at your hospital, needing support due to the #PTSD your service has caused me over the past 15 years of Freya’s life.
I had to leave the hospital during absolute chaos around Freya’s care without understanding the severity of my condition because I feared Freya would be left without care for two hours during my assessment. Your only solution was to phone an ambulance and get her to hospital, not one member of staff could be found to keep Freya safe at home while her Mum needed emergency medical attention.
Freya's care package is now short by 12-15 shifts due to a member of staff abandoning Freya’s care package, this is whilst a service provision is already overwhelmed, & I am no longer able to be Freya’s #unpaidcarer
Let’s not forget why Freya requires this level of care—NHS Forth Valley, you left her to die in your ward when she was just one year old……😢
