Our team of volunteers also help us to run events such as those over the last couple of weeks as part of our #NNRWeek, as well as family fun days & corporate groups - all helping to spread the word about the importance of NNRs and what we can do to aid #NatureRecovery
On #NationalVolunteersWeek we just wanted to say an extra thank you to our incredible team who give so much of their time and energy in helping us deliver our work across the NNRs and surrounding area β we really couldn't achieve what we do without their help ππππ
Last week as part of #NNRWeek & wider local community parish based nature recovery projects, the team visited Bubwith Community Primary School to help improve their nature area & outdoor learning spaces, with deliveries of woodchip & top soil. More work to do but a great start!

On the last day of our student placements as part of #NNRWeek, Dylan & Daniel were able to explore the contents of the moth trap for the final time, & joined in with the ringing & release of several of Jean's rehabilitated/orphaned Mallard ducklings π¦
