#nof1 只剩下 deepseek 和 qwen 还勉强维持盈利，现在基本上可以针对这个实验做个小结了：
1- 没有与量化交易（算法交易）结合，仅靠LLM是无法独立感知市场数据，从而无法实现一个可以长期盈利的交易系统的。
2- 一直以来，量化交易无法解决的问题是不能感知市场结构和情绪的变化，导致经过严格backtesting的量化交易策略无法泛化到当前的市场环境中。也是传统量化交易无法成为“圣杯”的原因。
但是经过两者结合，取长补短，会打开一个全新的量化交易新时代。
好在今晨， @the_nof1 实验室已经准备启动第二阶段benchmark了。
小结一下：#nof1 是一种基于LLM的自动化交易，和量化交易是不同的东西，不能混淆。
两种方法在交易决策的逻辑、实现方式和适用场景上有显著区别。
打个比方，前者像是文科生做交易，后者更像理科生做交易。
👉基于LLM的自动化交易
通常称为 AI Agent Trading 或 #VibeTrading。
其方法是将市场数据（如价格、均线、RSI、MACD）、账户信息（余额、持仓）等输入大语言模型，由LLM根据其对语义的理解和推理能力生成交易策略。
LLM不依赖严格的数学模型，而是通过“理解”数据和文本上下文，进行推理决策。
是文科生的逻辑。
这种方式的特点是泛化能力比较强，可“综合理解”市场情绪、新闻分析或技术指标。且开发成本较低，开发者只需设计提示（prompt）和API调用，无需建模。#nof1 大火后，很多复刻产品如雨后春笋般冒出，因为这真的很简单。
其缺点有：在未优化提示词情况下，实盘风险很高，因为LLM会产生“幻觉”（hallucination），生成不合理或无根据的交易建议。
另外，这种方式的策略一致性和可重复性较差。比如用相同的大模型，分别在同一时间跑相同的参数，结果会很不一样（这个我测过，有时间的话会配个前端丢网站上）。这意味着今天看到的deepseek和qwen遥遥领先的情况可能会反转。
👉基于回测的预测模型交易
这种方法通过历史数据回测，构建数学或机器学习模型来预测价格走势或交易信号，然后用这些模型自动执行交易决策。模型基于明确规则或训练数据，强调可验证性和统计可靠性。
这种方法通常称为 #QuantitativeTrading （量化交易）、Model-Based Algo Trading，或 #AlgoTrading （算法交易）。
他的特点是科学的决策逻辑，即基于历史数据训练的预测模型，依赖统计或机器学习算法。是理科生喜欢的逻辑。
其缺点包括：
- 灵活性较差，较为固定，模型仅在训练范围内有效，需定期更新以适应市场变化，需要专人“伺候”。
- 过拟合风险：模型可能在历史数据上表现优异，但在实盘中失效。
- 泛化能力弱：对市场结构变化敏感（如一个单边结构模型可能不会适应加波动剧烈的市场），需要人工干预。
- 难以处理突发事件或非量化因素，比如新闻。
- 技术门槛高，需掌握编程（如Python）、统计学和机器学习。
- 开发成本较高，需数据清洗、特征工程、模型训练和回测优化。

就像专业的程序开发工作正在被LLM编程（#VibeCoding）快速取代一样，专业的量化交易很快会与 基于LLM的 #VibeTrading 融合。
但同时也需要看到，真正能把 #VibeCoding 用好的，只有那些少数高级软件工程师，普通程序员只能被取代，普通人更无法用它来做产品（靠嘴炮赚流量的除外）。
这也是近年来IT公司大量裁员，而高级软件工程师却千金难买的原因。
所以，我认为，能驾驭好 #VibeTrading 的人也只能是少数精通量化交易的高手，而不是普通人。不具备量化回测等专业技能的人，盲目使用 #VibeCoding 是比跳楼还快的死法😂
#VibeTrading 不会取代量化交易，她会成为高级量化交易工程师的得力助手，但同时，她会抢了普通量化交易者的饭碗，并令大多数主观交易者彻底over，只能把钱投给更能赚钱的算法和AI。
