The Contact Centre has been delivering customer service to the residents of the LCR for over 30 years. They are the friendly voice on the end of the phone, providing bespoke information the customer needs.
In more recent years, they have branched out to add digital channels, giving the customer even more options of support & contact.

One of these is our iconic #MerseyFerries 🚢
•Our River Explorer and Commuter service carry around 390,000 passengers in total per year
•Mersey Ferries have carried over 8000 people on our evening cruise programme
•Our Manchester ship canal cruises have carried over 2500 passengers
•We have operated over 55 different special cruise services
The Mersey Ferry is popular for local people as well as visitors. Long may she continue!
