Career Progression in CAPF is Pathetic. OGAS Status to CAPF Cadre Offrs only DECLARED by Govt, that too in compliance to court order, NOT IMPLEMENTED. Officers with more than 21 Yrs service not granted NFSG, Selection Grade Pay which other OGAS services are getting in13/14 Yrs.
