6. Compensate Income Tax Payers with Non-Monetary benefits like Separate Counters, Reserved Seats in Railways, Lounge Facility in Airports so that a sense of previlaged of paying Taxes became a Culture and more non-salaried class come forward to pay Taxes under #NewTaxCode .
5. Govt may consider to remove 'Old Tax Regime' and introduce Basic Necessity Rebates like Housing (Home Loan Interest), Education Fee, Health premiums and NPS Contribution to #NewTaxCode new regime.

New Tax code is positive for Capital Market player and negative for Insurance companies.
