@redruby17 @SallyRCbra @Optus I understand your reasons, but I'd still move I'm ditching #NoOptus at month's end Should've booted them at data breach or employing corrupt Gladys Inertia is probably their prime factor in retaining customers? Upselling is not a business-saving, will annoy people into leaving

Check this out! I call @optus to see how I can get better value because we have all our services with them. They offer me a discount, it’s agreed, I sign up, takes over an hour. They then call me back to say they can’t give me the agreed discount! I’m a 10 year customer! #NoOptus

So, thanks @Optus, I now have to replace my driver’s license. Do I have to pay for this? There is a LOT of personal information on my DL. I have been a customer for 20 years and you have never exceeded my expectations. #nooptus

Spending $290/month on @optus & have been a customer for ~6 years. So I called them to see if they could look after me better or I’ll take my business elsewhere. After almost an hour on the phone they said they won’t offer me a discount & are happy for me to say goodbye. #NoOptus
