AT&T sales person told me she would save me $240 a month to change from my 20-year relationship with Verizon. In 45 days, it has cost me $3700 in fees. Sales agent won’t call back. AT&T store says they can’t help. #notcoolATT #verizon #ATT

How does one get a supervisor from AT&T on the phone? Every time I call, they tell me one will call me back—at the end of the week, the end of the day, in the next hour. #notcoolATT @ATT
