H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK had a bilateral meeting with Dr. Fahad ALDOSSARI, President of the General Authority for Statistics of Saudi Arabia (@Stats_Saudi), on the sidelines of the #OICStatCom13. During the meeting, they explored opportunities for enhanced cooperation in statistical capacity-building and data sharing. In her speech, H.E. SELÇUK addressed the ongoing suffering in Palestine and, more recently, in Lebanon. She emphasized the enduring significance of the Palestinian cause and reaffirmed that we need to speak out and raise our voices. SELÇUK emphasized that OIC-StatCom has become a pioneer of a successful tradition of statistical cooperation among the #NSOs of member countries since 2011.
