Mukhya Mantri ji हमारे राज्य में अफ़ग़र्डेबल हाउसिंग योजना के अंतर्गत PMAY में सारे प्रोजेक्ट्स बन गए केवल दो बिल्डर्स के अलावा । वो दो बिल्डर हैं #Oceansevenbuildtech और #Mahira। ये दोनों बिल्डर हवालात में है @dir_ed के केस में क्योंकि इन्होंने धन का दुरुपयोग किया है । हमारे ये प्रोजेक्ट्स दस साल से अधूरे हैं , कृपया इनको किसी थर्ड पार्टी के तहत पूरा कराकर हमारा घर हमे दे 🙏🙏

JD Ggm has not taken action on #SwarajSinghYadav m/s #Oceansevenbuildtech pvt ltd and because of his lapse and collusion with the accused the entire list of assets shared by Buyers has been liquidated by the bldr in last two months. @dir_ed JD ED Gurugram zone seems to be fully partial with M/s #Oceansevenbuildtech pvt ltd, despite request for Investigation into misuse of buyers funds from Escrow account in housing projects under @PMAYUrban Scheme on 03 September 2025, No action on ECIR taken by JD ED Ggm. The delay in investigation is giving time to the bldr to liquidate the assets on a daily basis. Assets more than 1000 crores being siphoned off.
