Caixia Jin, the H-1B visa “specialist” for Fuyao Glass, testified again yesterday against Ohio Senate Bill 88, the senate version of House Bill 1. The bill would restrict countries on the DOD’s foreign adversaries list (like China) from buying land in Ohio. Caixia Jin admits once again boasts about having secured over 3,000 foreign visa workers for Fuyao Glass in Moraine, Ohio. Jobs that could have gone to Americans. She says if Senate Bill 88 is passed “businesses like ours could be forced to close operations.” Not a single Republican on the Ohio Senate General Government committee asks her who her employer is. Fuyao Glass is currently under DHS investigation for unlawful hiring practices involving the importation of illegal migrant workers, and their Moraine factory was raided by federal investigators last year.
