And we need more #AHPs in general. Staffing has always been bad but now it's worse as many of us are disabled due to #LongCOVID (which many got through work)

I haven't had a manageable caseload in my career...(I know this isn't just me/OT). This issue is only going to get worse with more #OTs & #AHPs developing #LongCOVID which is career ending for many

Seems odd, given that there are multiple #AHPs I know personally who are either part time or unable to work at all due to #LongCovid. #OneLessAHP. Across the entire NHS staff? Who knows. I agree there's clearly a lack of data, but sadly that doesn't mean a lack of impact.

Many of us developed #LongCOVID as a result of a covid infection caught at work. This continues to be ignored by prof bodies. The silence is deafening. I ask professional bodies to watch this module & recognise the impact of #LongCOVID on members π

Have always wanted numbers of AHPs affected by #LongCovid to be counted. It seems mind blowing that the affect on the already struggling #AHP workforce continues to be ignored

There are often discussions about how much AHPs are needed, recruitment challenges etc. It seems a shame that the number of us either stopping completely or reducing hours due to #LongCovid aren't being documented somewhere.
