Re-opening the Antrim to Lisburn Line
It is expected that services would operate from Belfast Grand Central Station via Lisburn, with up to 3 trains per hour in each direction
Demand forecasting indicates a potential 1 million additional journeys per annum.
This should be Polar Express for so many seeing friends and family over the Christmas period.

The Circle Line would have roughly 300k people living within 1 mile of the track, giving it the largest catchment area of any @nirailways branch.
The Circle Line would connect Belfast City Centre with @belfastairport, @BELFASTCITY_AIR, rural villages, commuter towns and greenways, with services every 15mins, 6am - Midnight, and later at weekends.

Translink has announced details of a one-year pilot scheme which will see late-night transport hours extended.
The scheme will begin on Friday 28 November 2025 with buses running on Friday and Saturday evenings.

more machinery on site. Platform 3โs Track appeared to be having its alignment checked.
