The afternoon was equally dynamic with our Fellows diving deep into their Capstone projects. Focused on developing policy solutions for the country's emerging challenges, they worked under the guidance of mentors who are veterans in public service and policy expertise.#PSELFWeek
Hon. Dr. Sally Kosgei EGH. Dr. Kosgei's insights into building strong governmental culture and ethics were nothing short of inspiring. Her parting message, "there is no substitute for hard work," left an indelible mark on our fellows. 📚💼 #PSELFWeek
Day 1 of #PSELFWeek began as a journey into the heart of leadership, commencing with Dr. Patricia Muragami's insightful address. Her emphasis on how public systems build the pathway to public victory set a profound tone for the day.
We also listened to Dr. Sally Kosgei on her jouney in Public Service, I personally have learnt that even if you are young, you need to be the most informed in the room through reading a lot & learning from others #pselfweek @elfafrica1 @EPLeaders @PSCKenya
So far on #PSELFweek, we have learnt how to build Bridges by Dr. Patricia Murugami and it looks like this, B.R.I.D.G.E.: Brave, Ritualize habits Interrogate biases Discern, Decide & Do, Grow for higher purpose and Evaluate daily to elevate others. @PSCKenya @elfafrica1 @EPLeaders
