Yesterday tried to take a pic with my dads phone and it starts a 10 second count down timer. Dad says “yeah turned that on a while ago, don’t know how to fix, just wait and it will eventually take the picture” #ParentTechSupport

After weeks of online learning, my kids mostly have it dialed in, but 22 minutes into my meetings this morning I've already had to debug a mike issue for my daughter and teach my son how to use Task Manager to kill and restart @MicrosoftTeams. #parenttechsupport #trainingnextgen

Dad has an email crisis this evening. Tried to video call me to show me his screen....we ended up on landline so I could tell him how to Skype, then share his screen, then do his email...😂😂 #ParentTechSupport I’ve even got software to control but he couldn’t find the button 🤣

We’ve hit a new low in #parenttechsupport. Currently trying to find the ”Start” button. The goal is scanning multiple sheets on a wifi printer. Wish us luck.
