NEW: LA Police are searching for a man accused of s-xually assaulting a girl and then trying to kidnap her "Hey, leave her alone!"
The man follows the 11-year-old girl in a residential neighborhood and gropes her from behind as she struggles to escape
A neighbor yells, "Hey, leave her alone!"
He then releases the girl and drives away in a gray Nissan Kicks
The suspect is described as 5'10, 240lbs, between 20-30 years old, and was driving a grey Nissan Kicks with a spare tire on the rear passenger side
The incident happened Monday around 3;15 p.m. in the area of M Street and Gulf Avenue
