Para medir rigurosamente el impacto de una intervención educativa orientada al desarrollo de capacidades en innovación en docentes, se recomienda adoptar un enfoque metodológico mixto con componente longitudinal. Es fundamental implementar un diseño cuasi-experimental con pretest y postest, idealmente con grupo de control, que permita aislar el efecto atribuible a la intervención. La recolección de datos debe considerar instrumentos validados, tales como rúbricas de innovación pedagógica, escalas de autoeficacia docente y análisis estructurado de portafolios de prácticas. Los indicadores clave deben reflejar no solo la adquisición de conocimientos, sino la capacidad para generar soluciones pedagógicas originales, implementar cambios sostenibles en el aula y diseminar buenas prácticas en comunidades profesionales. Agree but things are getting out of hand. As Ploegh said, reviews should have an (approximate) budget provided by the reviewer & the editor should take this into account when asking for the revision. Otherwise let's just move to #PlanU and #Preprints for all, which is the trend.
It is easy to say "go to another journal" and "down with glam journals". However:
1. This phenomenon is not specific to glam journals.
2. *We* are the ones demanding all this stuff. Just stop asking!
