I know you are expanding and it is always a good experience to use your service. But can you please at least discuss this idea of #PoolCab within the team. It will really be a win-win for everyone especially since your cabs are already electric. This will reduce your carbon footprint even more. We already know the benefits for #Environment and reducing #Traffic.
It will be better for the business also.
- You can charge customers maybe 50% of the regular amount, and with time you will be easily able to pool 2-3 people, which means you will be making more than you are making right now.
- A lot of budget conscious consumers will also start using your service and your cab utilization will improve more.
- You will be seen as a environment and people friendly company and people will start liking you more. Everyone loves a company who gives back to the society.
- If you make this move, then a lot of environmentalist will prefer using your service over other individual caps and even promote your service on social media.

It is not always about choosing the best amongst the good. Sometimes it is about choosing the bad amongst the worst.
Yes #PublicTransport and #cycling is better than cabs. But till the adequate infrastructure is developed, we can at least take a step towards #PoolCab. It was already there pre-covid but now @Uber_India and @Olacabs don't want to restart it. Despite repeated requests to them in the past 1-2 years, they don't seem to care about #traffic and #pollution.
