To relieve constipation:
- WATER! Drink lots of water!
- Increase fiber in your diet. Eat mainly a plant based diet. TONS of veggies. Less starchy veg (eg potatoes), lots of leafy greens and fruit
- EXERCISE. Can’t stress the importance of movement enough!
