Reminiscing on previous exercise instead of actually doing some! This was a trek to #LotsWifesPonds with my two sisters when they visited 2 years ago shot by talented local photographer & walk guide/mountain goat Ed Thorpe. One of the most popular #postboxwalks on #StHelena ⛰

The view unveils a 15m dyke, estimated to be at least 7 million years old.
