Shout out to the busy and very helpful folk at @StJohns_ED who dealt with my swollen eye in a thorough, friendly, and efficient way this morning. We must support these skilful and dedicated professionals, not seek to privatise our #PreciousNHS. @NHS_Lothian

How many of us #mentallyill people have been refused treatment - not because we're not ill, but because services are stretched so far that only the close to death get treatment? People are dying waiting to be seen #preciousNHS #SaveOurNHS @UKLabour

went to @RCEM Graduation Ceremony today and saw the most diverse set of doctors from all over the UK and the world graduating, so that they can work in our A&Es and #preciousNHS. I was on such a high and felt so inspired and encouraged. Then i read this... #SaveOurNHS

@JohnBishop100 As I dash through my wrinkly years I find myself more reliant on our #preciousNHS. When I was a young lad my gran would sing the praises of the NHS. She recalled the days of having a street whip round to see the doctor. Why go back to that? #VoteLabour

I went to the GP . Nothing serious, a check up and a repeat prescription. The pharmacy dispensed the meds and charged me a small fee. It was easy. When something is so easy you may not notice how precious it is. If we loose it we will never get it back. Vote well #preciousNHS

@NHSMillion In the last 3 weeks I've had 2 emergency GP visits, a 36 hr stay in hospital with an operation and 14 visits to the nurse for dressing changes. I am so grateful, brilliant care and of course free. Our #PreciousNHS #StopBrexitSaveOurNHS

@SocialistVoice And the underfunding by #government? The fact that private hospitals get reduced business rates while our #preciousNHS pays full whack #nhs #SaveOurNHS
