Exposing Fraud on the Court and Racketeering in Wayne County Probate Court #JusticeForBettyHayes #ProbateFraud #CourtCorruption #Racketeering ⸻ This is the true story of how court insiders destroyed my mother’s Trust and tried to destroy me to cover it up: • Guardian ad Litem Melinda Cameron filed a fraudulent Conservatorship Petition, falsely claiming she was ordered to do so — no order exists. She concealed Betty Hayes’ protected Trust, hiding that I, Cynthia Mifsud, was lawfully appointed Successor Trustee in 2018. • Attorney Teri Jordan misused the Mental Health Code, not the proper EPIC statute, to fraudulently order an Independent Medical Examination (IME) against my mother. • Judge Freddie Burton Jr. signed the fraudulent IME order, knowingly using the wrong law to create the appearance of “sudden mental illness” enabling a takeover. • Attorney Bruce Rice exploited the fraudulent IME and concealed the Trust documents to manufacture a fake “vacancy” in the Betty Hayes Trust, even though I was already legally appointed. • Judge Burton then backdated Special Conservatorship Letters of Authority to grant full powers retroactively, unlawfully legitimizing FOS AS FULL CONSERVATOR • Through these coordinated acts, a $220,000 judgement was levied against a Former Trustee!! Order was based on an outdated, denied report that Melinda Cameron refiled — committing fraud upon the court. • They filed sanctions, fines, and contempt motions against me to silence and financially cripple me — all while looting the Trust. ⸻ This isn’t just fraud — this is racketeering inside Michigan’s Probate Courts. They systematically: • Lied to the Court, • Concealed Trust documents, • Altered judicial records, • Manufactured incapacity, • Looted vulnerable adults’ assets, • Retaliated against family advocates. @ProtectParents Opposing counsel tried to add a confidentiality clause in settlement, but I told him to pound sand. I will speak of what happened. I will tell on the liars & connivers. All of them. I fought back hard to honor my mother's legacy and last wishes, as her sole heir & personal rep.
