New speaker announcement for #ProductCon San Francisco 🔥
Daniel Danker, CPO at @Walmart.
Walmart says shoppers using its AI agent Sparky have an average order value about 35% higher than those who don't. Weekly actives more than doubled last quarter.
That is not a pilot. That is agentic commerce running at Walmart scale.
Before this he was CPO at Instacart and Head of Product at Uber Eats.

#ProductCon returns to San Francisco on October 6 & 7 🌉
The AI conference for Product Leaders. 1,500+ in the room, 10,000+ online. AI Builder Week in August was five days of building better products faster with AI. San Francisco is that energy in person, and more hands-on than any ProductCon we've run.
We just got out first 7 speakers confirmed and will release more every week!

#ProductCon New York Rewind Page is live!
Rewatch your favorite moments from last week's conference, including:
- Live demos from Penny Szeto, Mathias Davidsen, @SimonKubica, and Jaime DeLanghe
- Live Podcast episodes with Meaghan Choi and @ArBose, hosted by Carlos Gonzalez de Villaumbrosia (@villaumbrosia)
- Keynote from @ericries, inspired by his new book Incorruptible
- AI-focused case studies from Vinod Suresh, Ashley Nutter, and Jefferson Rabb
Who was your favorite speaker of the day? Let us know 👇
Carlos and the @productschool team are top notch at creating space for product leaders to learn together.
Loved this pod conversation and being in person for my keynote at #ProductCon NYC last week.
"If you are a leader who aspires to anything at all, if you think your organization is a vital living thing with a purpose to accomplish something in the world, other than make money, you are a business revolutionary, whether you know it or not."
The best practices most founders follow are leading them exactly away from building something that lasts. @ericries has an uncomfortable explanation why that keeps happening.
His first book The Lean Startup sold 2 million copies and rewired how a generation builds products. Today, his much anticipated book "Incorruptible" is officially released in the US and is expected to become even a greater hit.
Eric spent 15 years after asking: once you build something worth protecting, how do you keep it from being hollowed out?

Watching #ProductCon New York remotely today.
This provocation from @villaumbrosia really landed for me: AI Operating Model = People + System
We talk a lot about AI tools, prompts and agents.
But the harder shift is organizational:
PMs getting more hands-on, teams becoming more cross-functional, and companies rethinking how product actually gets built and shipped.
Where is your team struggling the most with AI right now?

Incredible to be back on stage at #ProductCon New York today 🗽
Just love the energy of this room!
I also officially introduced Product Partners to the room. It's the AI consulting firm we launched just one week ago.
No, @productschool isn’t going anywhere – we’ll continue to do what we have been doing for the past 12 years
We’re at a very exciting stage, and I’m so grateful for it.
Time for a quick break, and then I’ll be coming back on stage to host two very special The Product Podcast episodes 🔥
“The data layer for confident AI.”
Repeated theme in conversations at the @CDataSoftware booth today as teams discuss what it actually takes to operationalize AI products in enterprise environments. More: https://t.co/FXlmE8Colr

The architecture behind AI matters just as much as the model itself.
That’s one of the big themes the @CDataSoftware team is bringing to @productschool ProductCon as enterprise AI moves from demos to production reality.

#ProductCon by @productschool has always been about putting the best product minds in the same room, and I'm genuinely excited about how the speaker lineup is shaping up for our event in New York:
Jaime DeLanghe, CPO, Slack
Jefferson Rabb, CPO, Business Insider
Eric Ries, Author, The Lean Startup & Incorruptible
These are great leaders with hands-on AI experience, and I expect to hear lots of recent case studies, dedicated to AI transformation.
And this is just the first batch – we're still in the talk with several very exciting potential speakers (no spoilers just yet), and hope to finalize everything by the end of the month.
May 20, New York – see you there!
👀 We might’ve spotted you at ProductCon London…

#ProductCon #ProductManagement #AIProductManagement #ProductConference

@BrentBarkman from @MiroHQ’s talk at #ProductCon London today is one of the clearest articulations I’ve seen of what “AI-native teamwork” actually looks like inside a modern product org.
👉 Continuous discovery
👉 Agents as teammates
👉 Prototyping collapsing weeks into hours
👉 Documentation becoming a living substrate for AI
👉 Unlimited tokens (really!) replacing scarcity thinking
This is the right direction. But there’s a missing step that many teams are now running into.
BUT what happens after the prototype?
Because today, most AI prototyping workflows still produce disposable artefacts:
- Throwaway prototypes
- Isolated demos
- Code that gets rewritten by engineers
- Insight that never makes it into production systems
That’s the old bottleneck, just moved further downstream.
As @EricSimons recently put it, enterprises are tired of the “AI rewrite tax.”
The real breakthrough isn’t faster prototyping.
It’s prototype → production continuity.
🤩imagine taking the exact artefact produced during discovery - not screenshots, not specs, not mockups - and pulling it directly into a real codebase, built on the same components, libraries and architecture your product already uses.
No translation layer.
No redesign.
No rebuild.
That’s when the “agent-first company” vision Brent describes actually compounds.
Because then:
• Discovery outputs become production inputs
• PMs and designers aren’t generating disposable work
• Engineers aren’t rebuilding decisions already made
• Customer insight survives contact with reality
Miro is building an incredible collaboration layer for humans + agents. Tools like Bolt are starting to turn that collaboration into shippable software.
Put those together, and you get something closer to the holy grail:
👉 Continuous discovery → continuous delivery → continuous reality
Not just faster ideas. Faster outcomes.
We’re still early, but it’s incredibly exciting to see the pieces finally converging.
