Born from a random pairing at an NSF #QCBNet Hackthon lead by the inimitable @WallaceUcsf, plant molecular biologist PhD student @Yan_C_Gong and mathematician @b10_m0del1ng collaborated to figure out just what plant cells care about when they make big decisions. 2/6

Amazing time last week at #QCBNet Modeling Hackathon! Thanks to @WallaceUcsf @NSF_BIO for bringing this inspiring + interdisciplinary cohort together. Collaborator Christian Clough and I refined deep learning models to predict enzyme kinetic parameters- so cool!!
