I could not agree more - Azerbaijan's membership in the @coe should be suspended without any further delay. The credibility of the organisation is - yet again - at stake. The question, though, is if Baku would care. I truly think it does not (any longer).

Azerbaijan’s government must be given an ultimatum by the @coe committee of ministers: unless it releases political prisoners now, 🇦🇿 will be suspended before the 75 anniversary of the Council of Europe this April.
