Give 45 seconds, read & think Priyanka Sharma, a lecturer from Rohtak serving at Government Medical College in Pulwama, Kashmir, has been arrested in connection with the Delhi Blast case. Dr. Priyanka, over time, unknowingly became highly “liberal” while living among radicals. One of her colleagues, Dr. Nadeem, told her he was in urgent need of ₹8 lakh for a personal issue. Out of trust, she transferred the money to his account which was later used in Mewat to purchase explosives. As a result, Dr. Priyanka has now been booked under the same sections that apply to terror funding cases. Lesson: Always verify a person’s background and ideology before lending money. Sometimes, a single act of kindness can land you in serious trouble.
