Or perhaps I’m just not optimistic that we can actually have #ReliableTransit in Ottawa until we have a change in leadership.

Think public transit “doesn’t work” as an alternative to cars where you live? If that’s true, it wasn’t unavoidable — it’s because of the choices your city made. Land-use, funding, infrastructure & operational decisions. If you get fundamentals like frequency wrong, it fails.
