Car drivers: The sidewalk and bike lane are not your "loading dock" and it's not ok to tell a pedestrian with a stroller (or any pedestrian) to wait 5 minutes while you load your vehicle to pass safely. (And yes, this did just happen to me, walking my daughter home from daycare.)
