Scammed by @Fidomobile — I'm overseas & can't call/chat support. Got a surprise $48 roaming talk time charge, even though I was on Fido Roam ($16/day) & used my phone as per your "like at home" message. As a student, this hit hard. Please help via email! #Fido #RoamingIssues

And the link given to me by the DM team here on X tells me that the number I "have dialled has not yet been assigned to a client". What the....? This is supposed to be the O2 customer service number from abroad. Come on guys. Up your game!

@Safaricom_Care Experienced issues with roaming service in ZNB despite buying bundles & activating. Surprisingly, Airtel users had no such problems. @Safaricom_Care, why this disparity? Reliability is key for us customers but yeah, hard to believe your AD #RoamingIssues you got my digits.

@optus_help Frustrating experience dealing via chat. repeated requests to disable international roaming, the agent says it’s not possible to deactivate. Only option is to enable $5/day roaming or suspend connection. Misguided instead of helping. 😤 #CustomerService #RoamingIssues
